Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following cancellation and refund conditions apply to reservations made at Ararat Apart:

1. Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be fully refunded.

2. Partial Refund

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the check-in date will be refunded 50% of the total amount.

3. Non-Refundable Cancellations

No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date or in case of no-show.

4. Early Departure

No refund will be made for unused nights in case of departure before the planned check-out date.

5. Special Periods

Different cancellation conditions may apply during holidays, New Year and special events. Information is provided at the time of reservation in such cases.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are made within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved, using the same payment method.

7. Change Request

Date change requests are evaluated depending on availability. Change requests made at least 3 days before the check-in date are free.
