Please follow the rules below for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation experience at Ararat Apart:

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are evaluated according to availability.

General Rules

• All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for rooms where smoking occurs.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and loud events are prohibited.
• Quiet hours are expected after 10:00 PM.

Security

• Guests should keep their valuables in the room safe.
• Reception should be notified if the room card/key is lost.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed in the rooms.

Payment

• Payment is collected at or before check-in.
• Credit card, debit card and cash payments are accepted.
• Additional charges may be requested in case of damage.

Other

• WiFi is free in all areas.
• Our reception is open between 08:00-22:00.
• 24/7 phone support is available for emergencies.
